I've used this cream for over a year know. Use it nightly on my left thigh from the top of my hip to my knee, From the back of my leg to the inside of the groin area. So far no re-accordance of the Shingles total effect from the original outbreak.

Instant relief for my itching
We ended up with a jar of this cream when my husband had a bout with shingles 6 years ago.
