This cream was ordered for my wife, who had a shingles rash on the right side of her face in 2018. She used a different salve on that rash, but knew that shingles does return, and she bought Dermachange Shingles cream to use in case the shingles returned. Meanwhile, she used it on many areas of her skin with great results, and hasn't been without it for six years.
It has no odor at all, so it can be used on hands without any perfume being tranferred to food while preparing meals. It has Manuka honey, which provides antibacterial odor protection on skin areas where one fold of skin rests on adjacent skin. No perfume, odor control, and exceptional softening abilities make this cream a wonder. I don't know how it could be improved upon.

I do not have shingles, but purchased this from Amazon for a friend who had them. It worked well for her, but she passed away during Covid, and I still had a second jarI hadn't given to her. I used it on an eczema outbreak on my face, and it worked wonderfully well. I have since used it for pretty much any skin condition with great results. I ran out a few weeks ago and reordered directly from Dermachange, which thankfully sells it for half of what I previously paid Amazon ! I highly recommend this product for a whole plethora of skin conditions.

I was prescribed gabapentin and it still wasn't enough for the pain. My sis-in-law gave me the last bit she had. It immediately gave me relief. I would say the relief lasts a good 3-4 hours. I ordered my own container of this awesome cream. Also my rash covers most of the right side from the breastbone across the ribs and around to about 4 inches on my back. So I can reach most of it except on my back. You can tell the difference of the look of the skin where I apply it each time versus where it only is applied when I have help. I believe this cream would help with any rash, But especially if you have shingles Get It. You won't regret it.
