This was one of the skin finds of a lifetime until the last batch I ordered. I could use it all over, including my face because it was non-comedogenic, I even used it as a hair dressing. Now it is much stiffer and waxy, and I unfortunately did not notice the label no longer says non-comedogenic before using the new formula. So I will finish up the cream on my legs and arms only and be done with it. I think the company sold itself judging by the way the phone was answered this time. Last time I called them I got a person, now I get the leave a message thing so will be using this only if I get shingles. Very upset and don't appreciate the company doing this.

I’m not sure if the formula has actually changed compared to one year ago, but the cream used to be “lighter” and fluffier for lack of a better word. It does the job, but it does seem more “sticky”. I wish it would go back to the old mix. I now see that there is no longer a label that says it is noncomedogenic.

I am extremely disappointed that apparently the formula for this product has changed. I have used it for several years with good success. Now it’s very tacky with an unpleasant smell. Unusable to me.

A rich smooth gorgeous cream. Just so luxurious. It's thick and creamy and melts into your skin beautifullly.

I got in long after my shingles were itchy etc. however I enjoyed it's soothing touch.

For shingles nerve pain, NO. That pain still remains and no one so far has relieved this nerve pain.

Also, via the phone the lady was VERY kind and helpful. So good service
