Nice color tone and non greasy after drying
I am surprised this product worked. It does what it claims to do. It gave me a realistic looking tan and that tan withstood multiple showers and cleaning wipes. The tan looks like I spent the day in the sun, rather than dark brown or orange. The problem with a product like this is the color contrast with the places you do not apply this to, or if you miss a spot. It is not greasy, it did not stain, and it dried quickly. The ingredients seem healthy for the skin. There is no smell to the cream.
I'm fair and I quit tanning years ago. I only use self-tanner on my arms, legs and chest. I exfoliated first, then applied this lotion. Hardly any scent which I love. It took around 5 hours before I noticed any darkening, and it's very natural-looking, no orange cast. It's only maybe 3 shades darker than my regular skin color after one application. No streaking or splotchyness. Happy with this so far.
Pros: There is no smell. I have another sunless tanning product I love but it leaves myself and my sheets/clothes with a fragrance I am not the biggest fan of. This product however had no scent to it, which is great. The product is also quick drying. You can apply it and put your clothing back on fairly quickly after unlike many other sunless tanning products. Not orange! This is a big one. The color it produces actually makes you look tan and not like a grapefruit, as so many others do.Cons: The only downside to the product for me was that I found it to be on the blotchy side. After applying I had several spots that were excessively dark in color. I am naturally very pale so this was more noticeable on me versus someone who is naturally more tan. One tip to help with this problem is applying a normal lotion over the product, which helps even put the color. The only downside to doing so is it makes the tanning lotion less effective so you don’t get as dark.
Wholesome ingredients! Nice golden tan, goes on smooth and easy to apply!
